I've said it before & I'll say it again. Everyday Jaxon does or says something that is just like something Brian & I would do or say. In this case though, the Apple is much louder than the Tree.
I have this pet peeve. I don't know why, it just is. I get irritated when people I don't know, either well or at all, call me honey, sweetie, love, sweetheart, etc. I know people mean well and it's no big deal, but it just bugs me.
Today I was putting Jaxon into his carseat at a grocery store parking lot. When I closed his door the lady with the car next to mine was waiting to get into hers. I said, "Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were waiting." She said, "Don't worry honey, It's ok." As I'm walking back to my side of the car, I'm thinking, "GRRR don't call me honey. i'm not your honey." When I get in the car I hear Jaxon YELLING through the window to the lady, "NO CALL HER HONEY! SHE NOT HONEY! NO CALL HER HONEY!" I couldn't help but chuckle. That's my boy!

Ha Ha HA HA!!! You're not the only one! That has always irked me, although now I have mellowed out a bit, so it doesn't bother me as much anymore. Good for Jaxon!!
